This family owned luxury apartment is 15 minutes walk from the heart of Puerto Banus and the beach. It is situated in Nueva Andalucia, an area known as Golf Valley, and 5 of the Costa Del Sol's best golf courses are within a 5 minute drive of our front door. The historic and picturesque town of Marbella is only 7 minutes away by car.The apartment is set within a Mediterranean style gated complex it has a wonderful swimming pool, gardens and underground car parking.
The apartment is large, airy and is finished to a very high specification, for instance it has marble flooring throughout and Bosch appliances in the Kitchen. It is decorated in the classic Andalucian style and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf course, or after a night out in Puerto Banus or Marbella.
One superb feature is the large, private terrace area that is accessed by French windows from both the lounge and the master bedroom. It has wonderful views to both the mountains and the sea and on a typical Andalucian day you can see Gibraltar and North Africa.
The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 with two double bedrooms (that can be made up as doubles or twins) and a sofabed in the large lounge. It has two bathrooms both with underfloor heating, indoor and terrace dining tables for 6, a widescreen satellite TV (with all UK Freeview channels including BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4 & Cbeebies), DVD player, Play Station and 3 CD players. The apartment is well equipped for children with a high chair, travel cot, airbeds, and microwave bottle steamer.
